1.How far is your hotel from the beach?


We are 550 metres away, 6 minutes to the crystal clear waters at the beach of Alcudia.


2.How can I find out if my hotel provides hotel-airport transfers?


We have a transfer service for transfers to and from the airport. You can request this service through this link, where you will also find all the relevant information. Please not that transfers can be personalised, either private or shared, with instant confirmation in all cases.


3.How can I contact Sea Club?

4.How can I book an all-inclusive stay?


When you book on our website, don't forget to select the type of rate you are interested in. Among the different options, you will find the all-inclusive stay. This will allow you to enjoy the full advantages during your holiday in Mallorca.


5.Is it possible to modify or cancel a reservation without cost?


Our cancellations are completely free of charge, as long as they are done at least one week before the guest's arrival. In this case, you can cancel your booking yourself by clicking on the link at the bottom of the confirmation page. You will receive confirmation of the cancellation. If you have any problems or need to cancel within a week before your arrival, please contact us at reservas@seaclub.com.


6.When do I have to pay for my booking?


If you book through seaclub.com payment is always on arrival. Exceptionally, the 2-bedroom apartments require prepayment due to their high demand.


7.How many pools does the hotel have?


It has a total of 7 pools, two of them are exclusive for children and one is heated. The latter is exclusively for our guests who reserve the Serenity Studio/Apartment.


8.What kind of restaurants will I find at the hotel?


We have one main restaurant, The Med, where you can enjoy a buffet & show cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Apart from that, we have 3 pool bars with a wide range of delicious snacks.


9.Can I enjoy the buffet if I have booked a room-only rate?


Yes, you always have the option to have breakfast, lunch or dinner at our buffet & show cooking restaurant by paying for your ticket.


10.Is there a supermarket near the hotel?


You will find 2 supermarkets at the Sea Club Mediterranean Resort where we sell, among others, bread and freshly baked pastries.


11.Does the hotel have entertainment for children?


At the Magic Garden we offer fun and entertainment for everyone; from the youngest at our baby club to the oldest at the mini & maxiclub. With fun equipment and under the supervision of our team of professional entertainers.


12.Does the hotel have an entertainment service for adults?


Our professional entertainment team has a daytime programme with recreational and sports activities for adults, as well as a night time programme with shows and entertainment on the stage of our Sealounge.


13.How can I book a cot?


In the booking process you have the option to add the following equipment for your baby: a cot, a high chair and/or a pram (each for €3 a day) or the full baby pack for €7 a day. You can also request them later by sending us an email to reservas@seaclub.com


14.What time can I check-in and check-out?


Check-in starts at 14h and check-out is before 12h. For early arrivals and late departures, we have a luggage room where you can keep your luggage.


15.Can I choose the type of beds in my room?


All beds at the Seaclub Resort are twin beds joined together.


16.Can I choose the location of my room?


Yes, all requests must be submitted by email to reservas@seaclub.com and although we can't guarantee them we will do our best to allocate your room to suit your request.


17.Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace?


All our rooms and apartments have a terrace or balcony, depending on whether they are on the ground floor or first floor.


18.Do the rooms have a shower or a bath?


All rooms are equipped with a shower.


19.Is the hotel adapted and accessible for prams or people with reduced mobility?


This hotel is for families and adult athletes so the facilities are prepared for prams, wheelchairs, bicycles... We also have adapted rooms available: if you require an adapted room you can send your request to reservas@seaclub.com.


20.Is there air conditioning in the rooms?


All rooms and apartment have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.


21. Where can I rent a car?


At the Sea Club Mediterranean Resort reception desk, we help you rent your car so you can move around freely during your holiday in Mallorca.


22.Where can I park my car?


We have free parking areas within the hotel and in the immediate surroundings.
